How we work

One-stop solution

AC&E supports manufacturers at every stage of the compliance process, providing a single point of contact from the identification of Canadian requirements to on-site evaluation and final approval.

01

Identification of local requirements

Every project starts with a detailed analysis of the destination market and the applicable local requirements. We identify the relevant codes, standards and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) expectations, defining the most efficient compliance strategy before manufacturing or shipment begins.

02

Technical pre-inspection support

Our engineers review the technical documentation, electrical design and machine configuration to identify potential non-conformities before the field evaluation. This proactive approach helps minimise corrective actions, reducing project time, costs and installation delays.

04

On-site support

AC&E specialists provide direct support during installation, testing and field evaluation activities. Working alongside your team, we perform the required inspections and technical assessments, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

03

Direct Contact with AHJ and local authorities

We act as the technical interface between manufacturers and local authorities. By managing communications directly with AHJs and regulatory bodies, we streamline the approval process, reduce administrative complexity and help avoid unnecessary delays.

05

Labelling & final report

Once compliance has been successfully verified, AC&E issues the required technical documentation, inspection reports and Field Evaluation label where applicable. This final step provides documented evidence of compliance, enabling faster installation, acceptance and commissioning in the destination market.
