Where this Application specifically states that certain Data are optional, Users are free not to provide such Data, without any consequences for the availability or operation of the Service.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this Application and warrants that they have the right to communicate or disseminate such Data, thereby releasing the Controller from any liability towards third parties.
Method and place of processing of the collected Data
Methods of processing
The Controller adopts appropriate security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out by means of IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases the Data may be accessible to other persons involved in the operation of this Application (administrative, sales, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or to external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies), who may also, where necessary, be appointed as Data Processors by the Controller. The updated list of Processors may be requested at any time from the Data Controller.
Legal basis of processing
The Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User where one of the following conditions applies:
the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: under certain jurisdictions, the Controller may be permitted to process Personal Data without the User’s consent or another of the legal bases specified below, unless and until the User objects (“opt-out”) to such processing. However, this does not apply whenever the processing of Personal Data is subject to European legislation on the protection of Personal Data;
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures;
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party.
In any event, the User may always request that the Controller clarify the specific legal basis of each processing activity and, in particular, specify whether the processing is based on law, required by a contract, or necessary to enter into a contract.
Place
The Data are processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Controller.
The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. To obtain further information on the place of processing, the User may refer to the section containing details on the processing of Personal Data.
The User is entitled to obtain information regarding the legal basis of transfers of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Controller to safeguard the Data.
The User may verify whether any such transfer takes place by examining the section of this document relating to details on the processing of Personal Data or by requesting information from the Controller using the contact details provided at the beginning of this document.
Retention period
Data are processed and retained for as long as required by the purposes for which they have been collected.
Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Controller shall be retained until such interest has been fulfilled. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.
Where processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
Upon expiry of the retention period, Personal Data shall be deleted. Accordingly, upon expiry of such period, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and data portability may no longer be exercised.
Purposes of the processing of collected Data
The User’s Data are collected in order to allow the Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests or enforcement actions, protect its own rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activities, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Contacting the User, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, and Displaying content from external platforms.

Mailing List or Newsletter (this Application)
By registering for the mailing list or newsletter, the User’s email address is automatically added to a contact list to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information, relating to this Application may be sent. The User’s email address may also be added to this list as a result of registering for this Application or after making a purchase.

This type of service may nevertheless collect traffic data relating to the pages on which the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.
Users are advised to log out of the respective services in order to ensure that the data processed through this Application are not linked back to the User’s profile.

The services contained in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and are used to track User behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to compile reports and to share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the advertisements of its own advertising network.

Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to compile reports and to share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize the advertisements of its own advertising network.
This Google Analytics integration anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization works by shortening Users’ IP addresses within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or in other Countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be transmitted to Google’s servers and shortened within the United States.

Displaying content from external platforms
This type of service allows content hosted on external platforms to be displayed directly from the pages of this Application and enables interaction with such content.

Google Maps is a map visualization service provided by Google Inc. that allows this Application to incorporate such content into its pages.

Rights of the User
Users may exercise certain rights in relation to the Data processed by the Controller.
In particular, the User has the right to:
withdraw consent at any time. The User may withdraw consent previously given to the processing of their Personal Data.
object to the processing of their Data. The User may object to the processing of their Data where such processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details on the right to object are set out in the section below.
access their Data. The User has the right to obtain information about the Data processed by the Controller, about certain aspects of the processing, and to receive a copy of the Data being processed.
verify and seek rectification. The User may verify the accuracy of their Data and request that they be updated or corrected.
obtain restriction of processing. Where certain conditions apply, the User may request restriction of the processing of their Data. In such a case, the Controller shall not process the Data for any purpose other than storage.
obtain the erasure or removal of their Personal Data. Where certain conditions apply, the User may request the erasure of their Data by the Controller.
receive their Data and have them transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have them transmitted to another controller without hindrance. This provision applies where the Data are processed by automated means and the processing is based on the User’s consent, on a contract to which the User is party, or on pre-contractual measures related thereto.
lodge a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or bring judicial proceedings.

Where Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, Users are entitled to object to such processing on grounds relating to their particular situation.
Users are informed that, where their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to such processing without providing any justification. To determine whether the Controller processes Data for direct marketing purposes, Users may refer to the relevant sections of this document.
How to exercise rights
To exercise the User’s rights, Users may send a request to the Controller’s contact details provided in this document. Requests are submitted free of charge and shall be handled by the Controller as early as possible and in any event within one month.

Additional information on processing
Legal defense
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages leading to possible legal proceedings for the purpose of defending against abuse in the use of this Application or the related Services by the User.
The User declares that they are aware that the Controller may be required to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.

Usage Data means information collected automatically through this Application (including by third-party applications integrated into this Application), including: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User connecting to this Application, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various time details of the visit (for example, the time spent on each page), and details relating to the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, and the parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment.
User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data relate.

Data Controller (or Controller)
